Shipping policy

Here’s what you need to know:

  • Two + Lou orders are dispatched from Christchurch, New Zealand.
  • We aim to pack and ship within with one business day of receiving your order, but please note we do not process orders on the weekend or on public holidays.
  • We offer free shipping on all orders over $120 NZD delivering to addresses within New Zealand.
  • We offer a flat rate of $10.00 NZD postage on all deliveries to Australia.
  • We ship to worldwide for free with purchases over 250 NZD (shipping rates vary by region for purchases under 250 NZD)
  • Your products will be sent in a compostable mailer.

     

    PO Boxes

    We are able to deliver to PO Boxes.

     

    Rural delivery

    We ship to rural delivery addresses. Our shipping times may be a little longer when shipping to a rural address.

    If you are aware that your address may be difficult for couriers to reach, or have other special circumstances surrounding a delivery please add a note to your order or contact us at info@twopluslou.co.nz we can discuss your options.

     

    International deliveries

    We offer a flat rate of $10.00 NZD postage on deliveries to Australia.

    We ship using New Zealand Post to destinations worldwide. Shipping is free when you spend over 250 NZD.

    Once your order is on its way, you'll receive an email with the tracking number.

    Any import duties, customs fees or taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.
