Love one of our styles but it's out of stock in your favourite print? Struggle to find the perfect length dress or sleeve every time? Do you wish we offered a print you love in one of our other styles?

If this is you, we have good news! Now you can have a custom-made piece from Two + Lou, tailored just to you!

With sustainability at the core of what we do, it made sense to us that we offer a made-to-order service. It's a really easy way for us to ensure we don't over-produce.

The truth is, we've been doing custom orders locally for a couple of years already, and it's exciting to finally be able to share this super-sustainable way of producing with all our customers!

Here's how our custom ordering works:

Reach out to us at info@twopluslou.co.nz with your request.
We'll confirm to you if we have the fabric in stock, and if not when it will next be available.
If you're local to Otautahi, Christchurch (or can be here in person), visit our studio in Beckenham for a consultation and try-on session (optional!).
Once you’re ready to proceed, we'll work together to finalise your order and the timeframe.
Payment is made upfront via bank transfer.
We'll get to work crafting your custom piece.
Your order will be shipped, or if you’re local, you’re welcome to pick it up at your convenience.

What does ‘customisable’ at Two + Lou mean?

A Two + Lou style in your preferred Two + Lou print.
Making simple adjustments to our styles; like shortening or lengthening sleeves, skirts, dresses, or pant lengths.
Sadly, we can't take custom orders for T+L tees, as these are made in one run each year and once sold out there are no more!
We aim to keep the process simple for you.
Expect a 5 - 15 day turnaround, unless otherwise confirmed (custom orders are processed in two-week cycles).
While we don’t offer a fully bespoke service, we’re open to special requests. Get in touch – we love a challenge!

Use our website as the guide to pricing.
Shipping is free within New Zealand, and discounted for all other destinations!
Items that have been tailored to your requirements can't be refunded (for example; a dress we've made you in a T+L pattern we don't offer on our website, or an item that has been made shorter or longer to fit you), however items made in our standard sizing and print offerings for a style (i.e.; what's available on our website) can be refunded no questions asked, just like our other products.
