Returns & exchanges

At Two + Lou we take great care to ensure our products are of a high quality and that you will love your purchase.

However, we also know the world of online shopping can be a minefield at times (we've been there ourselves!). For this reason, we are happy to exchange, give store credit or provide a full refund for goods that are returned to us within 30 days of the date of purchase.

Returns Policy

Conditions of return
  1. Please let us know within 7 days of receiving your Two + Lou product(s) if
    you would like to return something.
  2. Full priced products can be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit
    within 30 days of placing the order.
  3. Styles purchased on sale can be returned for exchange or credit only.
  4. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
  5. Products that are damaged upon opening or damaged through unreasonable wear and tear will not be refunded.
  6. Return postage costs are at the expense of the customer, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
  7. Use postage tracking on your return delivery and please email the tracking number to info@twopluslou.co.nz.
  8. After your return or exchange has arrived, please allow us 7 business days to process a refund or send you your new product. We'll stay in touch with you to keep you informed throughout the process.
Refunds

Refunds can only be issued via your original payment method or store credit.
Incorrect or Faulty Items

We are happy to cover the cost of return postage for all faulty and incorrect items.

If you receive a product that is faulty or incorrect, please take a photo of the product and email it to us at info@twopluslou.co.nz.

For any other issues with the product or products you’ve received please contact us at info@twopluslou.co.nz.

Please note: A garment is not considered faulty if care instructions have not been followed.
